Epsilon Energy Ltd. is a North American on-shore focused independent oil and gas company engaged in the development, exploitation and exploration of oil and gas reserves.
As of December 31st, 2012 the Company had approximately 170 Bcfe of total proved reserves. Epsilon continues to refine its operating focus, narrowing its natural gas development effort to the Marcellus shale in northeast Pennsylvania and its oil exploration effort to the Bakken Shale and Midale Dolomite in Saskatchewan and Basal Belly River in Alberta.
